Phi “Tommy” Pham, who has a green card, but was not naturalized before being arrested for gang related activity, awaiting deportation. Phi Pham’s parents fled the American war in Vietnam and immigrated to California when he was four months old.

I am calling in strong support of Phi Pham #AU9597 who is an incarcerated firefighter. Phi was supposed to come home on June 16th but instead was handed over to ICE. Phi is a Vietnamese refugee who was born in a refugee camp in the Philippines and has no ties to Vietnam.
