Last Friday I got the chance to photograph Costen Aytes, the landscape manager for Naropa, a “Buddhist-inspired” university in Boulder.  Costen showed me the garden he created on Naropa’s campus.  It is a little patch of beauty and peace in the middle of concrete parking lots and chain stores.

This summer I shot my third cookbook for the Faroese chef Oddvør Skarðhamar.  It has been great working with her, and also cookbook guru Ingibjørg Jacobsen (who I also did the fish cookbook with).  Here are some of the layouts and my favorite frames.
